Development and Alumni Relations is strategically divided into solicitation and engagement, supported by an infrastructure that makes us all more successful. Enhancing this infrastructure to optimize DAR’s success in solicitation and engagement is the core purpose of the Operations and Campaign Administration team.

Development Operations and Campaign Administration is responsible for campaign and operations planning, managing division policies and addressing enterprise risks, supporting strategic partnerships and projects that foster campus philanthropic culture, investment and success across VCU and VCU Health.
