Internal DAR systems

• RADAR is the database of record for fundraising and engagement within the Office of Development and Alumni Relations. 

  ZScaler has replaced Cisco as the application for accessing RADAR remotely and it is installed on all VCU-owned devices. If access is an issue after verifying ZScaler is running and logged in properly, drop a request to DAR IT via darithelp@vcu.edu.

Universitywide systems

• Google Workspace support is available from VCU Collaboration Services.
• Adobe@VCU: adobe.vcu.edu
• All new DAR employees receive access to Adobe Acrobat.
• Employees who need access to the full Creative Cloud can request Cloud Upgrade via the Cloud Access request form.
