Core Purpose and Core Values Survey

The biannual Core Purpose and Core Values Survey helps us to identify what matters most to our colleagues and understand how our shared values are reflected in daily work, highlighting our strengths and areas for growth.
The DAR Advisory Council reviewed the results of the 2024 Core Purpose and Core Values Survey and identified key areas where targeted recommendations could help strengthen our organization. Senior leadership for DAR has developed an action plan to support the recommendations put forward by the council.

DAR Advisory Council 

The Development and Alumni Relations Advisory Council is the champion of DAR’s core purpose and core values. Established in 2019, DARAC serves as an accountability partner and drives improvement and change within Development and Alumni Relations.
